Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience and eligibility
Currently hiring for the following facilities:
- Hospital of Providence Memorial Campus
- Hospital of Providence Sierra Campus
- Hospital of Providence East Campus
- Hospital of Providence Trans Mountain Campus
Shift Options/Hours:
- Full-Time / Days
- M-F, weekends as needed
Salary: $35.31-$54.72/hour, DOE

Summary:
Occupational Therapist in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education. Monitors the treatment activities of COTA’s and aides.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to physician orders for occupational therapy.
- Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients.
- Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly.
- Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
- Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities.
- Seeks clarification of physician orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure (or eligible) as an Occupational Therapist. State of Texas
- CPR certification.
- 2 years as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting preferred
