Job Responsibilities: As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Tenet Desert, your responsibilities will include:
• Processing and testing all types of laboratory specimens
• Reviewing and reporting lab results
• Performing operational duties, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Acting as a resource to other laboratory personnel
• Assisting with new equipment validation and implementation, employee training and competency assessment, regulatory compliance responsibilities, quality assurance, quality control, and instrument maintenance
