**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - DOU Direct Observation Unit
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tenet Desert's Continuing Care Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care to patients in various stages of recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure.
