What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partnership Vice President (New Jersey) position at Tenet HealthSystem Medical Inc?
A Partnership Vice President is responsible for collaborating with USPI Operations leadership to develop and implement organic growth strategies, prioritizing external physician recruitment and service line expansion. In accordance with enterprise and local strategic priorities, this role will establish and foster relationships with physicians, practice managers and/or schedulers. With the objective of increasing the selection of our centers by physicians and expanding services offered at our centers, this role is responsible for educating providers on surgical center and / or surgical hospital capabilities, availability, and other differentiators, as well as resolving client concerns related to operations. All provider engagement is to be done in accordance with the Company’s Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures, particularly those involving referral source arrangements.
Primary Desired Outcome
Increase the selection of surgical center and / or surgical hospitals by high-quality physicians via recruiting.
Primary Target Audience
Physicians who do not have a working relationship with USPI centers.
