Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Provide direct clinical patient care to patients with psychiatric conditions, including administering medications, monitoring patients' responses to treatment, and documenting patient information.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
A current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Massachusetts is required. Experience working in a psychiatric setting would be an asset, but not necessary.
