As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals experiencing mental health issues. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to assess and evaluate patient's mental status, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and education.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient's mental status, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, which may include medication management, therapy, and education.
- Provides emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, helping them to cope with mental health issues and related challenges.
- Works closely with patients to set and achieve treatment goals, using a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches.
Responsibilities
To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field, and relevant experience working with patients in a mental health setting. Bilingualism (Spanish/English) is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
