We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. In this role, you will facilitate the maintenance of a therapeutic environment in our psychiatric unit and assist patients with daily living activities.
You will establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients, taking vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting routine specimens. You will also attend and participate in group therapy, in-service education, and staff meetings.
Job Requirements
- 60 hours of human services, psychology, education, sociology, or related field.
- 1 year of experience.
- CPR certification.
