About the Position
This role will involve working with patients from adolescents to geriatrics, performing hemodynamic monitoring procedures, and assisting physicians during all procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and quality controlling equipment, cleaning and packaging instruments/supplies for sterilization, and assuming the role of monitor tech as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing personnel with emergency procedures.
- Maintain and quality control of equipment.
- Clean and package instruments/supplies for sterilization.
- Assume the role of monitor tech as needed.
