Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient treatments as directed by a Registered Occupational Therapist, documenting treatments given and maintaining accurate records.
- Work with patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, demonstrating clinical competency and completing established competencies within the designated introductory period.
- Conduct selected tests and measurements as directed by the therapist, ensuring equipment performance and proper use prior to each treatment session.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant or equivalent, with active U.S. military service members or veterans being accepted if they have verified training or education.
- Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA and licensure, as required by State law.
