What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Provider Assistant position at Tenet Massachusetts?
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients, meeting the highest standards of patient care.
- The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, striving to achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
A strong education background is required, and certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS is necessary.
