Our New Grad RN program promotes learning with hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills for your transition from student to RN.
MetroWest Medical Center is the largest community health care system between Worcester and Boston. We offer comprehensive care, at a location close to home. Our team works collaboratively to provide safe and competent patient care. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. You will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
