Responsibilities
- Perform patient treatments as directed by the therapist
- Document treatments given and maintain accurate records
- Work with patients from neonatal to geriatric age groups with clinical competency
Requirements
- Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant or equivalent experience
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Licensure, as required by State law
