Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
- Administer and interpret tests and measurements of patients, including range of motion assessments and functional evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting.
