Operations & Supply Chain Excellence
- Oversight of all aspects of warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Implementing efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch processes while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Streamlining operations, reducing waste, and enhancing turnaround times through best practices.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost control, and customer service levels.
- Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of stock and supplies.
- Driving process improvement initiatives, incorporating automation and technology to optimize distribution processes.
