Process Analyst
Must have a TS/SCI with CI Poly
The Process Analyst will assesses business processes, designs/redesigns and documents processes. Experience working with customer to fully understanding processes at the key stroke level. Experienced in process documentation and design for processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop SOPs that define the processes, criteria, input requirements, notional timelines and other specifics that support the development of business process improvement and/or automation recommendations.
- Develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings.
- Develop process improvement activities to include applicable documentation and anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration through applicable governance processes.
- Establishes the engagement strategy, project plan, risks, dependencies, assumptions and "as-is" and "to-be" process documentation for the automated and non-automated process improvement solution.
