TENICA is hiring a Strategic Communications / Change Management associate.
Must have TS/SCI with CI poly.
The Contractor will develop a Strategic Communications Plan to introduce the Business Process Improvement and Automation initiative to NGA corporate constituents at all levels. The Contractor will develop and implement a Change Management Plan. The Contractor will implement the approved Strategic Communications Plan. The Contractor will support user adoption by communicating capabilities and value, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting training associated with process business improvement and automation and providing support services to end-users throughout the lifecycle of each bot established. The Contractor will establish a training program for NGA personnel and contractors involved in the support, use or management of RPA capabilities, to include software tools and services.
