We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architecture Specialist to join our team at TENICA Global Solutions.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity that will involve working on complex network architecture projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing transport and network systems to identify areas for improvement and develop modernization plans.
- Analyze alternative solutions for currently fielded systems to provide actionable options for addressing deficiencies.
- Research and analyze emerging threats to and vulnerabilities of current and proposed network environments.
- Maintain situational awareness of global telecommunications industry and technology trends.
- Assist in project and program management, monitoring and reporting activities.
- Evaluate client networks and information services against baseline architectures and recommend improvements.
- Develop high-level solutions for clients and related organizations, including supporting documentation.
- Collaborate in the development of future architectures and analysis artifacts.
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in network concepts, architecture, operations, and tools.
- 10 years of experience in optical transport network design and implementation.
- Five years Department of Defense or Intelligence Community experience.
- 10 years of experience in the global and domestic information technology and communications commercial market.
- Bachelor's Degree. Graduate degree preferred.
- TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience.
