Title: Customer Service Operations Specialist
Location: 1725 Windward Concourse, Ste. 410, Alpharetta, GA 30005
Reports to: Demand Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Tenkoz members, providing exceptional service through various channels, such as phone and email. The Specialist will assist customers with processing orders to multiple suppliers, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
· Process, track, and monitor all member orders, returns, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
· Manage our functional mailbox hourly for new orders or any inquiries received.
· Work closely with the Demand Manager to understand production timing, sourcing, and seasonal needs to manage orders appropriately.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
· Assist customers with product/service information, product damage occurred in transit, troubleshooting, and resolving issues or complaints.
· Track orders from beginning to final delivery in our Excel database to ensure all orders are completed. Then collaborate with our Tenkoz staff to ensure timely processing of invoices to members.
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
· Manage, track, inventory, and ship our Tenkoz repack label materials for our private label products when requested.
· Work with our GA team to support office tasks, ad hoc administrative needs, possible event planning, and front office requirements.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalent required.
· Proficient in using MS Office products, with strong Excel skills
· Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
· Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve conflicts.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
