We are currently hiring a Social Services Assistant at our new skilled nursing facility for veterans in Cleveland, Tennessee.

The primary function of the Social Services Assistant is to assist the Social Services department in the day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and conducting intake interviews and assessments to gather necessary information about clients' needs and circumstances.

Qualifications
- Prior Social Services Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Social Work
