As a member of IT Team, in this role you’ll primarily support business areas in trade management, import / export, compliance, and 3rd party solutions augmenting and expanding SAP capabilities. This role allows working with business users gathering requirements, defining solutions, testing, implementing, and supporting them along the way. You will also be participating in the organizational transformation journey with S4 HANA Implementation.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for gathering business requirements and documenting them into business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.Responsible to create detailed specifications and process flows to provide direction to application developersResponsible for developing functional, integration, regression, and test plansResponsible for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes and business requests, and recommend solutions using system standards and best practicesSupport, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processesWork closely with Managers, Executives, Onsite team and Offshore team to ensure the release of high-quality solutionsComply with regulatory and change control requirements and processesMaintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updatesDemonstrate good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systemsQualifications : 10 years of SAP ERP Business Systems Analysis experience with a focus on SAP Global Trade ServicesStrong cross-module functional knowledge with Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales and DistributionConfigure and maintain core global trade processes such as customs management and compliance management.Exposure to S4 HANA will be an advantageExperience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications, testing & coordinating delivery of features and functionalityFamiliarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processesShould contribute to team-building measures like Knowledge Management & MentoringExcellent verbal / written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsCapability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervisionAbility to be organized and detail-orientedAbility to work on multiple projects concurrentlyAbility to work with minimum supervision or guidanceCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience : $101,000 - 156,400 AnnualizedPosted salary ranges are made in good faith.
