Senior Talent Management Coordinator

The Sr. Talent Management Coordinator is an integral member of the Global HR Team and will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams with critical candidate and employee processes, programs, and tools. This position reports to the Talent Development Sr. Manager and will engage with multiple functions within the organization.
Responsibilities
Support the administration and execution of Talent Management programs, processes, and systems through effective communication, scheduling, and / or logistics support including but not limited to :
Invoice processing
New hire pre-employment processes
Verifying employee referrals
Internal and external interview scheduling, including travel arrangements when applicable
Relocation process of candidates
Employee experience & recognition events
Registration and logistics for external job fairs and hiring events
Tuition reimbursement for employee continuing education
Assist with auditing and compliance requests as it relates to HR practices and programs
Monitor HR inbox, respond to questions / requests, escalate as needed.
Education and Experience Required
Completed High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5 years’ experience in customer service, administrative, or coordinator role.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software (especially, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Customer oriented and service aptitude; commitment to positive customer experience.
Overall aptitude for learning technologies quickly and providing support for system users.
Self-directed learner who seeks opportunities to develop additional skills. Independently and proficiently applies knowledge and skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a diverse and fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Previous experience supporting talent processes and programs
Implementing continuous improvement methodology to processes or programs
Compliance or audit experience as it relates to HR : reporting, data analytics
Experience working within a global organization
Knowledge of HRIS or applicant tracking tools
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities within HR
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience : $48,700 - 73,200 Annualized
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience / qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
