Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Product Engineer is responsible for delivering a part to the DRiV organization per engineering/marketing requirements and providing engineering support to grow the business on a global basis which includes global travel to support the application development process as necessary. Includes but not limited to the following:
- New Product Development Support/NPI
- Reverse engineering of products
- Part Design and Validation
- Ability to understand ISO test standards
- Development of quality/inspection requirements for DV/PV samples along with PPAP for external suppliers
- Final Part Inspection and Approval via suppliers PPAP documents and Product Testing/Validation
- Product Data Management in FileMaker Pro - All Key Engineering data; prints, test validation, part approvals and key project information.
- Print Management in Teamcenter
- Purchasing Support for purchased parts and resource projects
- Marketing Support for: NPI's, Technical Presentations, Customer Support, Warranty Coordination with Suppliers, Features and Benefits and Technical data for brand/packaging.
- Innovation and Problem Resolution
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Engineering Degree preferably BSME or BSEE
Experience:
- 0-2 years' experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $66,400.00 - $132,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
