We are looking for a finance professional to join our team as Director of Global Capital Markets. This role will involve leading the capital markets team and developing and executing a comprehensive capital markets strategy that optimizes debt and equity financing, manages liquidity, and mitigates risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capital planning with the broader corporate financial strategy, including assessing the impact of capital decisions on financial performance and risk.
- Support M&A activity related to treasury functions and manage treasury integration with business units.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
