About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Improvement Strategist to join our team at Tenneco. As an Improvement Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement training and activities throughout the plant, while serving as the Subject Matter Expert on Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement projects, cost reductions, and process performance improvements.
- Maintain CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, and provide documentation that demonstrates the direct link between CI implementation and process and Plant Operations improvements.
- Provide CI training and coaching at all levels of the Plant.
- Participate in and lead kaizen events aimed at the resolution of quality issues and concerns.
