About the Opportunity
The Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for leading and growing a culture of Continuous Improvement and its activities at the plant, while facilitating projects aimed at generating Continuous Improvement techniques, cost reductions, and process performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement projects, cost reductions, and process performance improvements.
- Maintain CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, and provide documentation that demonstrates the direct link between CI implementation and process and Plant Operations improvements.
- Provide CI training and coaching at all levels of the Plant.
- Participate in and lead kaizen events aimed at the resolution of quality issues and concerns.
