The Product Engineer is primarily responsible for the design and release of components that have been identified by product line managers and other functional groups. The product engineer's responsibilities will include engineering, application engineering tasks, as well as involvement with internal and external manufacturing engineering, quality and customer support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Internal part design
- Reverse engineering of products
- Designs developed through suppliers
- 1st article approvals
- Validation testing
- Quality / inspection requirements
- Failure analysis
- Provide Purchasing and Marketing support
- External Customer / Supplier interfacing
- Simultaneous engineering support for local and offsite manufacturing plant(s)

Compensation :
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $66,400.00 - $132,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
