The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for a second full-time position of Industrial Electrical Maintenance/Mechatronics Instructor for the Clarksville Campus.
Minimum Requirements
SALARY: $55,157-$66,188 per year ($28.29-$33.94 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines and related experience.

Minimum Requirements
- Technical diploma in instructional area or equivalent higher education with credentials in related field. Associate degree preferred. A comparable combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Industrial Electrical Maintenance/Mechatronics field within the last five (5) years.
- Strong hands-on technical background in electronics, mechanical maintenance, electrical motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLC), instrumentation, preventative maintenance, computer software and computer hardware skills, AC/DC electrical, machine tool/CNC, and technical math.
- Must possess the organizational and communication skills necessary to be an effective teacher and to interact with high school and adult students.
- Prior teaching or evidence of ability to teach students is a plus.
- Must show evidence of good character, organizational skills, and mature attitude.
- Computer skills required.
- Must be willing to remain current in the field.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with students, faculty, staff, the general public and business/industry representatives.
- Must be willing and able to perform administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner.
