Job Title: Janitorial Porter (Full-Time, Rotating Between Three Locations)

Job Summary: TCAT-Memphis is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Porter to join our team on a full-time basis. The Janitorial Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across three different locations on a rotating basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent cleaning skills, time management abilities, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.

2. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, and restock supplies as needed.

3. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.

4. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a clean and streak-free appearance.

5. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.

6. Monitor and replenish cleaning and janitorial supplies, ensuring an adequate stock at all times.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

8. Follow established procedures for the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

9. Notify management of any maintenance issues or repair needs identified during cleaning duties.

10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and fellow employees.

12. Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, sanitation, and hygiene.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

2. Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

4. Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning results.

5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

6. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and travel between multiple locations.

7. Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

8. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

9. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

10. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Work Schedule:

· Full-time position with rotating shifts between three locations.

· Schedule may include weekends and evenings as needed.
