What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practical Nursing Instructor position at Tennessee College of Applied Technology Memphis?
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an approved school of nursing. Current multi-state licensure in good standing as a Registered Nurse. Three years of clinical experience as a registered nurse within the past five years. Must have desire to teach Medical Surgical Nursing, Obstetrics, and Pediatrics. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Excellent simulation, computer, and communication skills.
General Responsibilities: Teaching and clinical supervision of nursing students in a classroom and clinical settings; evaluate and advise students; maintain records and complete reports; participate in the development of the program. Clinical hours and locations may vary.
