Our Charity Customer Support Representative team is driven by a passion for making a difference, and we work to amplify the impact of the organizations we support by expanding their donor bases and fostering community involvement.

We are currently seeking aCharity Customer Support Representative to join our team. This Charity Customer Support Representative role will involve working directly with donors to ensure they have a positive experience while supporting causes that align with our mission.

Charity Customer Support Representative Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for donors, answering questions about donations, campaigns, and the impact of their contributions.
  • Assist with processing donations accurately and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve donor concerns, providing timely and professional support.
  • Maintain and update donor records in our system, ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Provide support for fundraising campaigns, including donor communication and updates.
  • Collaborate with Charity Customer Support Representative team members to ensure smooth operations and effective donor engagement.

Charity Customer Support Representative Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with diverse individuals.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage donor information accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive donor concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Passion for non-profit work, especially causes related to the well-being of young people.
  • Proficient with donor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $841.00 - $914.00 per week
