We are currently seeking aCharity Customer Support Representative to join our team. This Charity Customer Support Representative role will involve working directly with donors to ensure they have a positive experience while supporting causes that align with our mission.
Charity Customer Support Representative Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for donors, answering questions about donations, campaigns, and the impact of their contributions.
- Assist with processing donations accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve donor concerns, providing timely and professional support.
- Maintain and update donor records in our system, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Provide support for fundraising campaigns, including donor communication and updates.
- Collaborate with Charity Customer Support Representative team members to ensure smooth operations and effective donor engagement.
Charity Customer Support Representative Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage donor information accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive donor concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Passion for non-profit work, especially causes related to the well-being of young people.
- Proficient with donor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
