Located northeast of Nashville in the rapidly growing city of Gallatin, Tennessee, Grasslands Club offers a fully private golf and country club experience in a beautiful lakefront setting. The Club boasts two clubhouses featuring multiple private dining outlets, a full-service event center, two lakeside pools, two Bill Bergin-designed 18-hole championship golf courses, a 9-hole short course, a five-bay teaching facility, two fitness facilities, and a racquet sports complex with year-round access.

WHAT MATTERS MOST
To excel as a seasonal pool server at Tennessee Grasslands, you'll need a blend of essential skills and a positive attitude! First and foremost, a warm and gracious demeanor is key for greeting our members and guests, making them feel right at home.
Your ability to maintain clear communication with the kitchen, both verbally and through our POS system, ensures smooth service and member satisfaction. Mastering the steps of service while providing outstanding food and beverage experiences will keep our guests coming back for more! A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with ServSafe and TABC certifications.
With one to three years of service experience, particularly in private clubs, you'll thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks adeptly. Most importantly, your attention to detail, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills will make you a star in our high-energy environment!
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Ensure member satisfaction during all aspects of the dining experience
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service in a warm and gracious positive and professional demeanor
- Possess menu knowledge
- Understand and execute steps of service
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen both verbally and utilizing the POS system
- Maintain a clean crisp uniform
- Perform calmly under pressure
- Complete all side work when and as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
- TABC Certified (Required)
- Must be able to work mostly days, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work outside in the heat and humidity
- One to three years of service experience
- Private club experience a plus
