As the Manager of Business Analysis, you will play a critical role in shaping our agency’s strategic direction by leading a team of analysists and partnering with cross-functional leaders. You will analyze new and existing vendor and THDA developed applications and advise on enhancements and new features. You will also provide support for developing reporting and other SQL based tasks. All of this to be part of the solution supporting the low-income housing needs of the State of Tennessee.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
Four years of experience in business process analysis, major computer system implementations, change management and/or major analytical or research studies
Two years’ experience in the role of supervisor, manager or team lead in a computer information systems environment
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification preferred
STARTING SALARY: $8,534 - $9375
