THDA is recruiting a Project Based Voucher (PBV) Coordinator in the PBV Program. The PBV Program is a rental assistance program that links federal subsidies to specific housing units on behalf of eligible families. This program is designed to increase access to affordable housing by working with property owners to dedicate units specifically for eligible low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in federal, state, or local housing program, property management, or other related field is required. Two or more years of experience preferred. At least two years of experience in the Housing Choice Voucher or Project-Based Voucher Program is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent GED required; bachelor’s degree is preferred. This position reports to the Nashville Office.
