Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current property trends and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth transactions.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals to enhance sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, showings, and client communications.
• Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Utilize property management skills to assist clients in maintaining their investments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ethical practices in real estate transactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a sales environment.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing paperwork and documentation.
• Familiarity with property management concepts is advantageous.
• A valid real estate license is required.
