REGISTERED NURSE/ LPN -CLINICAL MANAGER
EMPLOYER: Employer is an Out-Patient Physician Group that operates multiple clinics in the greater Nashville area. Employer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN with five plus years of experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF CLINICAL MANAGER
Clinic Management
· This manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Employer’s outpatient Clinic that will ensure a quality patient experience, a healthy working environment for the staff, with financial stability and growth for the practice. The experience of this candidate must include working well with others at all times and showing respect for others while at the same time being a disciplined leader, understanding data analytics, producing reports that evaluate the quality and financial metrics of the practice, strategic planning, and care coordination.
The following responsibilities are included in the duties of the manager:
· Provide managerial and clinical leadership for the Clinic;
· Implement and manage efficient workflow and patient processes in the Clinic;
· Work closely with Providers on a daily basis at all times displaying professionalism, a high degree of competence, and a drive for excellence in all things related to the Clinic;
· Frequently meet with Providers;
· Conduct morning huddles with staff and assist Providers with their huddles;
· Implement and manage Employer Policies and Procedures, including continuing staff compliance with all Employer Manuals and Employee Handbooks;
· Supervise and conduct clinical training for new staff and recurring training to all staff;
· Actively monitor staff performance on a daily basis and provide urgent and periodic reports to Employer Management Team;
· Conduct ongoing leadership, policies and procedures, and clinic operations training programs;
· Manage staff employee certification renewals and training requirements for staff;
· Manage on boarding programs, staff supervision, staff and disciplinary programs;
· Manage medical supply programs including inventory, purchasing, utilization and safeguarding programs;
· Maintain health and safety standards in the medical industry ensuring policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations; and
· Work closely at all times with the Tennessee Pediatrics Management team.
Regulatory Management
· Implement and manage all Regulatory Policies, Procedures and Standards applicable to all clinics including the following:
· Implement and manage all Employer Policies, Procedures and Standards;
· Implement and manage all Policies, Procedures and Standards required by Regulatory Authorities, including as examples, OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, and other Patient Privacy Standards;
· At all times remain current on all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to activities conducted at each location; and
· Implement and manage required changes and updates necessitated by any changes and updates to regulatory requirements and guidelines including providing proper training.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS OF CLINICAL MANAGER-REGIONAL
· Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN with at least five (5) years of nursing experience.
· At least two (2) or more years of leadership experience;
· Minimum one (1) year of experience working in direct patient care experience;
· Valid Driver’s License; and
· EMR/EHR experience.
JOB LOCATION
Employee will be resident in an Employer clinic.
COMPENSATION FOR CLINICAL MANAGER-REGIONAL
The compensation level starts at $65,000 per year is dependent upon educational level and experience
