Tennessee Quality Care – an Addus family company is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Chester, McNairy, and Hardeman Counties. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized nursing plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Initiate communication with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct regular visits to assess patient needs and update care plans accordingly.
- Perform therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by attending physicians.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program and licensed in the state.
- At least one (1) year clinical practical nursing experience preferably in intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical surgical nursing (preferred).
- Home health experience preferred.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
