Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employee Relations Specialist based in Nashville, TN. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing HR policies and procedures. This role will also involve some remote work.
Qualifications
