Job Summary
This is a ground floor opportunity with a company that is building a national franchise model. We are in beginning our 5rd year and we are one of the fastest growing Sign and Graphics companies in the US. We have made the decision to open a new site in Chattanooga, TN, and we are looking to expand our team with experienced individuals within the Sign and Graphic Industry. While we will look to train others in various roles of this business, it is necessary to initially staff this with a team that has multiple skill sets but will eventually have a leadership role in the Production and Installation of Signage in the local market. To maintain our high performing culture and fun work environment, we seek someone that is a professional, self-motivated, a true team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence and efficiency. This role is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires you to be involved in daily decision making and we welcome exploring improvements to our business system. The successful candidate for this role values safety and efficiency, is self-confident with customers and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and most importantly, have fun!
