The Director of Chapter Strategy and Program Development is responsible for developing and executing the vision, strategy, and operational plans for chapter engagement and success. This role acts as a key liaison between chapter board leadership and ASID headquarters, fostering open communication and engagement to strengthen the relationship between ASID, Inc. and its 43 chapters. This role is integral in ensuring that the chapter network aligns with the strategic direction and goals of the national organization while receiving the necessary support to implement these strategies effectively. Additionally, this individual oversees special projects as assigned by the Leadership Team and National Board, including updates to bylaws, policies, CEUs, and other chapter-support initiatives.

Strategic Objectives & Key Success Indicators
- Chapter Services Leadership : Directs all chapter services programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with ASID’s goals.
- Committee and Staff Management : Develops and manages the Chapter Leadership Committee, staff, and budget to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Operations & Growth Strategies : Develops and implements strategies to promote operational growth for chapters and the department. Analyzes chapter performance by monitoring KPIs and metrics to recommend improvements.
- Centralized Communication : Establishes and oversees a centralized chapter communication strategy to enhance engagement and collaboration.
- Training & Coaching : Directs all chapter network training and coaching activities, ensuring volunteer leaders are well-equipped to fulfill their roles.
- Special Projects Liaison : Serves as the strategic liaison for special projects assigned by the National Board, including task force and committee management as they relate to the chapter network.
- Committee Engagement : Oversees engagement with various committees to ensure chapters remain aligned with ASID’s overall mission and strategic goals.
- Volunteer Support : Facilitates onsite and virtual volunteer training sessions, providing personalized strategies and work plans as needed.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Acts as a strategic contributor across all business units within the organization to ensure cohesive execution of ASID’s goals.
