Responsibilities:
- Show extreme attention and engagement in all company meetings & trainings.
- Be actively involved in cleaning the truck, re-stocking materials, and preparing for jobs at the shop each morning.
- Assist tech with protecting surfaces and preparing tools/materials in the home when work is sold.
- Facilitate the lead tech’s work by feeding him the tools and parts needed.
- Ask a lot of questions to draw as much information as possible from the lead tech.
- Take charge of keeping the work area clean and quickly get tools and materials back to the truck as the job is nearing completion.
- As experience increases, begin completing more and more tasks alone and submitting points in the Tennessee Standard Apprentice app.
- Take all safety precautions by utilizing all proper safety tools/equipment while performing your work (including safe driving practices).
- Purpose to be positive energy for the team, staying upbeat and energized regardless of the obstacles or circumstances.
- Work hard to gain the respect of lead techs, management, and fellow apprentices.
- Master the knowledge and execution of all company processes, scripts, and protocol.
