Job Title: Plumbing Service Tech
Reports to: Service Manager
Department: Plumbing Service
Purpose: This position is responsible for evaluating and selling plumbing install jobs. The Project Manager’s purpose is to educate and serve clients at the highest level. This will allow the client to make the best decisions for themselves, their home, their family, and their lifestyle when it comes to their health, comfort, safety, and convenience needs.

Compensation: Greater of $20/Hour or 20% Commission for all work sold and performed (8% Sales, 12% Performed).

Please see attached job scorecard for expectations. Average PM must maintain a $150,000/mo Sales Average Minimum

Duties, Roles, & Responsibilities

• Run all assigned leads according to the Tennessee Standard Service Call Process
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner on all leads. This includes job prep forms with thorough photos, financing information, permitting information, and any other company assigned paperwork.
• Handle and assist with resolving customer concerns to create customer cheerleaders for life.
• Present multiple options for clients to consider based upon our evaluation and discovery process. Be sure to consistently offer financing programs.
• Utilize company pricing structure – any discounts must be approved by management.
• Always establish a clear future with all leads (regardless of sold or unsold) identifying the next step – anchored to a specific date and time.
• Attend and be actively engaged in company’s training meetings and skill practice sessions.
• Be available by phone to respond to any lead follow-up opportunities or answer questions from installation teams that the production manager cannot answer.
• Ask for reviews and referrals on all jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $150,000.00 per year
