LICENSED NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR (LNHA)
The Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board (TSVHB) has an immediate opening for an Administrator at our award winning, long-term skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Murfreesboro, TN that proudly serves veterans and their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the operation of the SNF and coordinates objective-focused teamwork in all departments
Reports to the Executive Director and will also work directly with the executive operations team
Establish efficient operations for the facility to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal and state law, as well as local requirements
Establish efficient operations for the facility in a financially sound manner
SKILLS
Significant experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of more than 100 beds
Confirmed success as LNHA with a competent survey history
Knowledge and abilities to account for compliance in the individual departments
Proven proficiency in regulatory process
Provide leadership by example to qualified staff operating with autonomy in their daily functions
Demonstrated communication, team-building and motivational skills to connect with staff on an interpersonal level
Established success in meeting organization goals and objectives
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
Demonstrated abilities in problem solving
Possess a serving heart to care for military veterans and their families with honor
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors preferred. MBA or similar management master’s degree favored
A VALID, AND CURRENT, TENNESSEE NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS LICENSE
Applicable education / training to maintain NHA licensure
