Pay Range: $44,561.00 to $62,386
We are currently hiring an Activities Director at our new skilled nursing facility for veterans in Cleveland, Tennessee.

The primary function of this position is to develop and implement an activity program in compliance with requirements to meet residents’ needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES, include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, schedule and implement a program for activities
- Assess and complete sections of (MDS) completely, timely and accurately
- Care planning of concerns related to a resident’s activity
- Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team and attend all resident care conferences.
- Participate in urging restorative and rehabilitative programs
- Plan, schedule and implement indoor and outdoor activity programs
- Follow all facility policies and procedures
- Supervisor of activities staff

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be certified as an Activities Director
EDUCATIONS and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
