PART TIME – Hourly – After Hours Receptionist
Department: Administration
Reports To: Human Resources
Hours: Evenings 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM & Saturday and Sunday 8 AM – 4:30 PM and Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors and family members and directs to appropriate location.
- Answers the telephone and directs caller to the appropriate individual.
- Gives directions/information to visitors; guests; family member, etc.
- Ensures that guests/visitors sign in.
- Takes reservations and monies for employees and visitor meals.
- Reviews employment applications for completeness.
- Receive, sort and distributes mail.
- Prepares Admission and New Hire Packages
- Check Employment References
- Assists with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Previous Receptionist preferred.
- Must be detailed oriented.
