Explain facility philosophy, policies and procedures to potential and new residents and residents’ representatives.Explain the facility admission agreement and all attachments to potential and new residents and residents’ representatives.Act as a liaison between transferring institutions and the facility; establish a good rapport with transferring institutions.Refer facility and resident concerns to appropriate individuals.EDUCATIONS and EXPERIENCE RN License Required
