STAFFING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities
- Schedules all non-administrative nursing staff.
- Keeps accurate, organized records of staffing.
- Reports all shift need to the DON/ADON and supervisors and supplies the Administrator and DON with a status report of current staffing.
- Keeps accurate daily staffing reports and ensures an accurate report is posted.
- Completes the labor allocation report in a timely manner.
- Is responsible for inputting time adjustments into ADP
- Reviews PTO requests to ensure adequate staffing at all times
- Assists other staff as needed and any other duties as assigned.
- Will assist in completing reference checks and backgrounds as needed.
- Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Previous scheduling experience preferred.
- Must be able to take call, if needed.
