About the Opportunity
Tennessee Tech University is offering a unique opportunity for an Information Systems Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and making relevant recommendations, providing technical support for Tech Express, and performing new development for Tech Express.
You will also be expected to serve as liaison between functional user and vendors to resolve technical issues and test changes, maintain confidentiality of data, and follow audit guidelines in system modifications.
- Provide technical support for Banner and third-party systems
- Identify and develop viable technology solutions to meet business requirements
- Build reports and analytic dashboards to streamline business processes
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with at least one year of recent technical support work experience.
