The Tennessee Titans are seeking a motivated and autonomous individual to join our team as an Event Credentialing Assistant. This position will support the Nissan Stadium Security team by completing the credential process for both internal staff, external vendors and league officials as it pertains to large stadium events at Nissan Stadium. Reporting to the Guest Safety Manager, the Event Credentialing Assistant will ensure the accuracy and distribution of event credentials. This is a part-time position working on average, 29 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the Accredit credential platform acting as the primary administrator for the program on behalf of the Security Department.
Responsible for the proper distribution of credentials to all staff, vendors and partners.
Control access of event credentials, ensuring all credentials are properly applied for, approve access levels and appropriate credentials are activated.
Communicating with all internal departments and vendors regularly and ensuring that credential needs are submitted in a timely manner and all profiles are uploaded.
Collaborating with each vendor on proper management of the Accredit platform.
Maintain a credential operation that keeps us league compliant.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Accredit (or similar platform) is a plus
Previous experience in a Security setting is a plus
Ability to support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive information
Possess a high level of self-motivation and energy and can work with minimal supervision
High organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
