Maintenance Technician

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with general handyman work and facilities technician tasks at Nissan Stadium. Building maintenance duties could include semi-skilled, plumbing, electrical, and other repair work. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs in Nissan Stadium Daily rounds of Nissan Stadium to ensure stadium is in working order Coordinate with outsides vendors to obtain quotes, schedules, and follow up to make sure job is completed Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment Handle basic flooring and carpentry tasks Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed Maintain building doors, including minor hardware updates and repairs Replace and/or repair ceiling tiles and suspended ceiling elements Minor construction projects (ie: simple cement projects, building storage shelving, etc.) Assist in basic electrical and plumbing tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Hang plaques, pictures, and other wall-hangings Assist in building security, lock/unlock entrances and turn on and off all lights Seasonal outside maintenance, including keeping exterior building lighting clean and functional Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal team members and external vendors and visitors Possess a team-oriented work style with a "can-do" attitude, working with a team to achieve a common goal.  Ability to effectively interact with guests and clients Ability to perform the following: regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in weather exposed areas around heavy equipment Able to work weekends and response to facility related emergencies after hours Preferred Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in facility management Forklift certified  Extensive knowledge of tools, power tools, and safety protocols   NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS, PLEASE.
