What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stadium Events Intern (Summer 2025) position at Tennessee Titans?

The Stadium Events Department helps facilitate all major events at Nissan Stadium including Concerts, Football Games (Titans & TSU), Family Entertainment (Monster Jam, Supercross). The Stadium Events Intern will assist the Stadium Events team with many operational tasks for all major events at the facility. The Stadium Events Intern will also assist with the planning & execution of stadium special & internal events.
This is a summer internship beginning in late April and will conclude at or around August 1st. The Stadium Events Intern will be limited to 30 hours per week and will be paid at the rate of $18 per hour.
Responsibilities :
- Assist Stadium Events team with various operational tasks for all major events at the facility
- Assist in event day setup including floor signage, wristband signage, a-frame directional signage, building checks, pregame hospitality assistance
- Assist with preplanning and participate in meetings for ancillary events associated with the major events such as tailgates, VIP parties for concerts, etc.
- Participate and contribute to pre-event meetings for all major events
- Assist with the execution of Titans internal events by creating event materials and staffing
